The Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski, born in 1974 in Kumanovo, is a doctor of economics, associate professor at the Faculty of Business Economics and Management at the University American College Skopje. He is a lecturer in undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral studies and author of numerous scientific papers in the field of economics and management published in international scientific journals and conferences.

Cyril and Methodius University, Skopje, Faculty of Economics, and received his master's degree in 2003 from the same faculty. He started his career in Makedonski Telekom AD Skopje as a financial associate and coordinator for regulation and harmonization of financial control (1998-2005), and then promoted to a number of managerial positions, director of marketing and sales management (2005-2008), Director of Marketing Communications (2008-2010), Director of Communications (2010-2016) and Director of Residential Sales (2016-2017). He started his academic career as an assistant professor at the New York University in Skopje (2009-2012), and continued as an assistant professor at the Faculty of Business Economics and Management at the University American College Skopje (2012-2018). In 2018 he was elected associate professor at the Faculty of Business Economics and Management at the University American College Skopje.

Artan Grubi was born in Skopje on June 7, 1977. He completes primary and secondary education in Skopje. He graduated from the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, where he acquired the title of graduate journalist. At the same Faculty he completed postgraduate studies in the field of media and communications on "The role of new media in transition societies." Grubi holds a PhD from the Faculty of Social Sciences - Political Science at Tirana State University on "The Role of the Media in Civic Participation in Political - Social Change."

Grubi began his professional career in 1999 in the NGO sector and working with international organizations in Northern Macedonia, Montenegro, Albania, the Netherlands and Kosovo, as well as at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Skopje, NATO, The Hague Tribunal and US aid agencies. various operational tasks.

From May 1999 to October 2000 he was the project manager at CRS, responsible for the overall management of the refugee food and shelter program. In the same period he is the coordinator of a project for a program for shelters and rehabilitation in Kumanovo.

In the period from October 2000 to December 2004, he worked at the Hague Tribunal, performing operational tasks with the Prosecutor's Office in Kosovo, Northern Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro, The Hague, etc.

From January 2005 to March 2008, he served as Political Assistant to the NATO Office of Political Advisers.

In the period from March 2008 to March 2011 he was a political advisor at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Skopje.

In the period from April 2014 to December 2016, he was elected a Member of the Assembly, and is a member of the Committees on Foreign Policy, Political System and Inter-Community Relations, Rules of Procedure and Mandate-Immunity Issues and is Vice President of the Parliamentary Delegation to the Parliamentary Committee on stabilization and association.

From April 2016 to August 2020, he was re-elected as a Member of Parliament. He is the author of several strategies, bills, manuals and guidelines in the field of finance, economics and business development.

In April 2018, he was hired as a special advisor to the Prime Minister for conducting research and analysis on policies, strategies and topics related to the economy, as well as preparing professional opinions, comments and recommendations. He is a member of the Government's Economic Council and part of the Council for Economic Reform and Sustainable Development, responsible for improving policies in the business environment.

Since August 2019, he has been the President of the Finance Committee in SDSM.

Deputy Prime Minister for European Affairs е Bojan Maricic, current Minister of Justice.

Bojan Maricic was born on January 7, 1983 in Skopje. Tupancheski teaches Criminal Law, International Criminal Law, Economic Criminal Law, Medical Criminal Law, Criminal Policy, Comparative Criminal Law and Juvenile Criminal Law. In the period from 2008 to 2013 he was Vice Dean for International Cooperation at the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus".

He taught in the second cycle of studies - Master of Intellectual Property Studies (IPRs Enforcement) in cooperation with the University of Strasbourg and UKIM from 2010 to 2011, and participated in postgraduate lectures at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje - European Studies for Integration, Police and the master studies in forensics at the Faculty of Natural Sciences and Mathematics in Skopje.

Tupancheski led postgraduate studies in the field of criminal law, and was a permanent representative in the Group of States against Corruption (GRECO), Council of Europe.

In 2008 he graduated from the College of Management with Applied Science and Technology (Management and Business Administration) at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and in 2009 earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Management and Strategy (Logistics and Supply Chain Management). As a student, Bekteshi has participated in project teams within the university, which have been used as consulting projects for many institutions and organizations.

From 2011 to 2016 he worked as the head of the International Office of the Agency for Foreign Direct Investments and Export Promotion of the Republic of Northern Macedonia in Brussels (Belgium), promoting the business climate of Northern Macedonia and attracting foreign direct investment from Belgium.

Within the working position he participates in helping the companies from Belgium and Northern Macedonia in achieving joint business cooperation, as well as in researching the Belgian market, and organizing B2B and B2G meetings, business forums, seminars.

From July 1, 2016 to December 31 of the same year, as Head of the International Office of the Agency for Foreign Direct Investment and Export Promotion of the Republic of Northern Macedonia, he worked as a business promoter of the Republic of Northern Macedonia in Bern, Switzerland, and is responsible for cooperation with Swiss Chamber of Commerce.

Since 2017, he has been the Minister of Economy.

Ljupчоo Nikolovski returns for Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy.

Ljupчоo Nikolovski was born on August 20, 1983 in Kriva Palanka. He graduated from the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" at UKIM in Skopje, majoring in financial law in 2007. He holds a degree in Political Management from the New Bulgarian University, the Bulgarian Faculty of Politics and the Council of Europe.

Nikolovski is an authorized representative for protection of industrial property rights before the State Office for Industrial Property since 2012. He is a master student in the program for Administrative Law and Public Administration at the Faculty of Law "Iustinianus Primus" at UKIM in Skopje.

From 2009 to 2011 he worked as a consultant and secretary for corporate governance at the Institute of Directors Skopje, as a consultant in "AAG, Analysis and Advisory Group", focusing on human resources and business law, EU funds and financing.

Since February 2014, he has been the Head of the Cabinet of the President of SDSM, Zoran Zaev. From November 15, 2015 to December 30, 2016, he is an additional Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy. In June 2017, he became Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy.

In July 2019, until last month, he was Secretary General of the Social Democratic Union of Macedonia. From August 4 until the election of Deputy Prime Minister in charge of fight against corruption and crime, sustainable development and human resources is a Member of Parliament.

Bekim Sally is new Minister of Health.

Sally graduated from medical high school in Skopje, and graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry in Skopje. He is a doctor of dentistry and manager of a private dental practice. Jeton Shaqiri is new Minister of Education and Science.

Jeton Shaqiri was born on March 17, 1987 in Struga, where he completed primary and secondary school education. In 2005 he enrolled at the Faculty of Economics at the State University of Tetovo, where he graduated in 2008.

In 2008 he enrolled in postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Economics at the International University of Struga, where in 2010 he defended his master's thesis and obtained a master's degree in economics.

In 2010 he enrolled in doctoral studies at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tirana and on September 16, 2016 he defended his doctoral dissertation entitled "Banking supervision and the challenges of implementing Basel II and Basel III in the Republic of Macedonia. (Analysis according to the lessons from the financial crisis from 2008-2009).

In the period from September 1, 2008 to November 12, 2010 he is a junior assistant in a group of subjects in the field of economic sciences at the Faculty of Economics at the International University of Struga. Minister of Culture е Bisera Kostadinova-Stojcevska.

Kostadinova-Stojcevska was born on February 20, 1986 in Bitola. She has a doctorate in English at the Faculty of Pedagogy at UKLO - Bitola, where she worked as a professor.

She is a current member of the Assembly from the ranks of SDSM.

Minister of Transport and Communications stay Blagoj Bochvarski.

Bochvarski was born on January 9, 1985 in Stip. Primary and secondary education ends in the hometown. He graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the University "Ss. Cyril and Methodius ”in Skopje.

He started his professional career in 2011 in the construction company "Pelagonija-Engineering" - Stip as a graduated engineer architect. Initially, he was hired as a professional associate, and then he received authorizations for design and construction of buildings from the Chamber of Certified Engineers and Architects.

In the parliamentary elections in 2016, he was elected a Member of Parliament. He will hold the parliamentary office until the local elections in 2017. From November 3, 2017 he entered the position of mayor of the Municipality of Stip. Then, as mayor, he was elected a member of the Management Board of ZELS. During his term as mayor, he was elected co-chair of the Joint Consultative Committee of Northern Macedonia with the European Union. Within ZELS, he was elected President of the Commission for Urbanism. Since 2019, he has been the President of the East Planning Region.

After the parliamentary elections in 2020, on August 30, he held the position of Minister of Transport and Communications in the second Government of Zoran Zaev.

In 2014, he was elected President of the Commission for Transport and Communications of SDSM, and from 2017 to 2019 he is the Vice President of SDSM.

Minister of Environment and Physical Planning stay Nasser Nuredini.

Naser Nuredini was born on September 23, 1979 in Tetovo. In the mid-80s he moved to Vienna and was educated at the Vienna International School. He continued his higher education in Germany and the United Kingdom. He holds a degree in International Business from the University of Mainz and the University of Brighton.

He started his career in 2004 in Vienna as an economic analyst, to continue his work in London the following year. From 2005 to 2012 he worked as a capital market research analyst for listed financial companies and real estate in Eastern Europe, then held the position of Vice President for Eastern European Investment Management at Unicredit Bank, from where he moved to ING Bank where he is appointed Director of Investment of Listed Corporations in the Eastern European Market.

From 2013 his work engagement continues again in Vienna, as a consultant and manager. His main goal in this period is to attract quality, clean and green investments in the region where he lives, and his international experience plays the role of a bridge between Western and Eastern Europe.

Nuredini has been the Minister of Environment and Physical Planning since June 2019. In the parliamentary elections in 2020, he was elected a Member of the Parliament of the Republic of Northern Macedonia. As of August 30, 2020, he has been reappointed to head the Department of Environment and Physical Planning.

He speaks Albanian, Macedonian, Serbian, English, German and Italian.
