The parliamentary group of VMRO-DPMNE today with guerrilla action in the press hall of the Legislative House demanded the resignation of the President of the Assembly, Talat Xhaferi, after the announcement audio recording which is alleged to hear the speaker's voice cursing and insulting service employees.

VMRO-DPMNE MPs held transparent in the hands of which he wrote "Run there, hey sus," alluding to the recording, and there were smaller banners on which were written the other obscene expressions that Xhaferi allegedly expressed.

- More than ten days have passed, and the President of the Assembly, Talat Xhaferi, not only did not apologize for his rude behavior towards the employees in the parliamentary service, but behaved as if nothing had happened. It is extremely inadmissible for the man who first signed the code of ethics in the Parliament to violate it grossly and run away from responsibility and together with the MPs from the government to try in every possible way to hide this scandal under the carpet. Xhaferi could at least do something to apologize for this behavior and resign from the position of President of the Assembly, said Dafina Stojanovska from VMRO-DPMNE.

VMRO-DPMNE requested a session of the Commission for Mandate-Immunity Issues to discuss the violation of the Code of Ethics by Talat Xhaferi.

Only party "morality" can save Xhaferi
