In the premises of the Football Federation of Macedonia, a barrage of couples for survival / entry into The first league for next season.

The teams of Skopje and Tikves will fight for survival in 1MFL, and the runners-up from the second league competitions Voska Sport and Belasica will enter the elite.

A barrage match will be played on May 22 at the stadium "Goce Delchev" in Prilep. Voska Sport and Tikves, and on the same day at the City Stadium in Stip they will play Skopje and Belasica.

Both matches are scheduled to start at 17.00.

The winners of the barrage duels will play in the next competitive season 2022/2023 which will include the champion Shkupi, then Akademija Pandev, Shkendija, Makedonija GP, Renova, Bregalnica Stip, Struga Trim Lum, Rabotnicki, and the champions of the second leagues of the West and East , Victory and Sileks.
