The first and the second applicants on 28.10.2015, as founders and owners of the legal entity, made a decision to borrow the company with a framework revolving loan from a bank, which was concluded by NC, as a manager.

Based on the framework revolving loan, on 31.10.2017, the first and second applicants used the opportunity for over-indebtedness and concluded an agreement for a short-term revolving loan in the amount of 30.900.000 denars.
