The excavators started working while the residents were waiting for a meeting with the construction inspector

The excavators that the residents of the Przino neighborhood on Thursday with a live shield prevented them from reaching the location where four four-storey buildings are to be built, through a narrow dead end, broke through yesterday and started working. The situation was used for that when the representatives of the citizens went to a previously scheduled meeting with the construction inspector, the same one who on Thursday, in an attempt to calm the anger of the citizens, issued a decision for the investor to ban construction works during the day.

The meeting did not take place because the inspector took a day off, nor did any of the municipal officials receive the citizens, who in vain expected that a solution to their problem would be found.

- Yesterday, four police officers came with two "spiders" to remove our vehicles from the alley to pass the excavators. Then an inspector from the Municipality of Kisela Voda came, had a chat with the chief and the investor and scheduled a meeting for today at 9.30 am. Some of the neighbors left in the morning, and in the meantime these "dead cold" came with the excavators, supposedly they will not wait any longer. The neighbors in the Municipality waited for an hour and finally told them that the inspector had taken a day off. Imagine what an institution it is and how monstrous it is to lie all over the street - explains Iskra Dimitrova, one of the affected residents in Przino, indignantly.

The citizens went out to protest yesterday, but in vain. They say that the contractors received a decision from the Ministry of Interior for a temporary traffic regime, with which the narrow street can be used to pass the mechanization to the construction site, which was immediately approved by the Municipality.

Why the municipal construction inspector issued a decision banning construction on Thursday remains unclear, and the Municipality of Kisela Voda has no precise answer.

- The construction inspector has imposed a ban in order to inspect the traffic solution for which the Municipality of Kisela Voda is not competent. The municipality for these residential houses in a multi-storey building with P + 2 + Pk with a total of 16 residential units has issued a final building permit in accordance with the Detailed Urban Plan for Region J, City Quarter J20.01 adopted on 31.05.2016 - responded briefly from the Municipality.

This DUP, among other things, envisages the construction of four residential houses with sixteen apartments on the plot on Kara Trifun Street, located between two blind and narrow streets. Residents of Przino have been pointing out for a long time that if that happens, they will be unable to function normally, because the existing infrastructure does not allow even two cars to cross the street, and an ambulance can not approach in case of need. us fiery.

Still, facilities are being built, but residents say they will not give up. They intend to take some actions, because, as they say, this is the sixth building that is being built after the arrival of Mayor Filip Temelkovski, although previously there was no construction of this area at all, because the terrain does not allow it.
