Art presentation of the project "A Reaction" by Marija Pavlovska

The artist Marija Pavlovska will present the project "A Reaction" on December 15 in the cinema hall of the Cinematheque. The presentation will be attended by project collaborators Gorancho Gjorgievski from the National Gallery and photographer Kerwin Kendall Williamson from the United States. In her 20 years of artistic practice, Pavlovska explores art using the polar black and white colors and stands out with a specific expressive style, which is unique both in our country (the Balkan region) and internationally. The forms of Pavlovska's works develop from painting or photography to video or installation.
With the event "A Reaction" Marija Pavlovska will present the activity and results achieved internationally in the field of art, which are a consequence of the art residence in the museum "Mana Contemporari", a leading institution in the New York area in the United States. The project made during the residence is documented under the auspices of the Museum, and was noticed and invited by the European Cultural Center to participate in the 58th Venice Biennale. The monograph "A Reaction" was published for the whole process, under the auspices of the Mana Contemporari Museum.
