VMRO-DPMNE will not allow changes to the Constitution at any price, and the price that Kovacevski wants the citizens and the state to pay is too high, VMRO-DPMNE are decisive.

- Dimitar Kovacevski is a shame for the Macedonian people. Continuing in the footsteps of his mentor Zoran Zaev, where he convincingly leads the country to the path of ruin and national shame, makes him an even worse prime minister than Zaev himself. The question that the public asks is the following: Why is Kovacevski running away from facing the citizens in a referendum? By saying that the referendum is a step back in the entire process, does it mean that he is aware that the citizens do not support him? Yes, the citizens do not support his policy. The fact that Kovacevski is afraid to go to the referendum is only proof that the citizens do not support the negotiation framework that he promotes and pushes, which in translation means assimilation and Bulgarianization. Citizens are not for this. If we talk about steps backwards, the Republic of Macedonia has been taking steps backwards all the time since SDSM came to power. With Kovacevski, the pace of stepping backwards only intensifies, Dimitar Kovacevski believes that he should apologize to the Macedonian people, to the citizens, because he is leading the state against the will of the citizens towards a new national betrayal, said Dimche Arsovski, spokesperson of VMRO-DPMNE.

VMRO-DPMNE believe that Kovacevski is afraid of the referendum and the people.

- In addition, while Kovachevski is going against his own people, the state is experiencing an economic collapse. Price shocks, price increases, inflation, the lowest GDP growth in the region, the least amount of foreign direct investment in the country. This is a classic failure of Kovacevski and the entire SDSM team in the government. Kovacevski and all those around him who manage the government are a shame for the Republic of Macedonia, said Arsovski.
