"I completely denied these allegations and not only the people of Skopje, but the whole of Macedonia knows that the people who sold the Macedonian national interests now, two days before the elections, came out with allegations that I can not prove in a fast procedure and they do it because I "I was neither the man nor the woman who made them make a statement that if they lose Skopje, they will lose their political careers and their functions," said the independent candidate for mayor of Skopje, Danela Arsovska, about the accusations from SDSM that she has Bulgarian citizenship.

- The people of Skopje and Macedonia do not have a short memory and they know who are the ones who sold the Macedonian national interests. This is another step in demonstrating someone's weakness.
They lie foolishly in order to save their careers and functions - said Arsovska.

She explained that she never bore the name Daniela. She says that she was born as Danela Jovanovska and that she has been Danela Arsovska for more than 20 years. Her name is after her grandfather and Dane who is Macedonian.

- I was born in Skopje and I have been in Skopje all my life, I have a family here that is being foolishly attacked, starting with my parents, husband, son. I believe that the people of Skopje know that this madness that is happening now and this personal attack that I am experiencing from the people who for 5 years asked me for economic advice and sat at the table with me, and now say that I am an anti-state element. People know this is not true. I have already filed a lawsuit, but now the lawsuit will not be without compensation and I will donate all the funds I will take, but not to a political party as they lie - said Arsovska.

She adds that if she had done something wrong in the past, she would not have run in a race where she will be attacked, as she says, by such rude people who lie continuously and can not keep the same thought for two days after saying it.

- Citizens of Skopje, please, if you want humanity, support a man for the City of Skopje, because I have two enemies, the one who did nothing for Skopje, and on the other hand I have a new enemy who appeared today and wants to say that there is an anti-state element in me. Sorry, but you sold the Macedonian national interests. I am Danela Arsovska, president of the Association of Chambers of Commerce of Macedonia and I did not sell my name. I did not force them to say that they will resign and leave the Government if they lose Skopje. And they will lose Skopje because I am a better person - said Arsovska.

Arsovska announced that she will take all measures to protect herself from, as she said, liars and that she will consult with the best legal experts.

At the request of Prime Minister Zoran Zaev to withdraw his candidacy due to Bulgarian citizenship, Arsovska responded:

- Zaev will do everything to save his political career. He should withdraw Shilegov first because he did not deliver anything. Are they asking me to retire now? When the prime minister comes there to be afraid of a woman, let him think carefully and let him resign after Monday. I am from Skopje, Macedonian, I have lived here for 42 years. I do not retreat. And I plan to prove everything from the first to the last.
