One of the most famous British tabloids The Sun announced that a Premier League footballer and England international had been detained for questioning by the police on charges of three counts of rape.

The identity of the footballer has not been revealed, but it is said that he was part of the England national team that participated in the World Cup in Qatar. The accusations against the footballer are for events that allegedly took place from mid-2021 to mid-2022. The police had suspicions before, but arrested him when the third accusation arrived.

This is the latest scandal in England with sex since before Mason Greenwood he was acquitted of the charges, and for a longer period he was facing the same accusations in as many as eight cases Benjamin Mandy.
