In an interview with "The New York Times"Published on Wednesday, CEO by Victoria's Secret, Martin Waters, said Angels were no longer "culturally relevant".

In the late 90s and early 2000s, the Victoria's Secret runway show played a powerful role in defining the term "sexy". More recently, it has been criticized as "outdated".

Ed Razek, Victoria's longtime marketing director, was the "brain" behind the fashion show. Razek was considered one of the most influential people in the fashion world in the early 2000s, helping to launch the careers of a number of famous models.

Waters told The Times that the "overhaul" of the brand should have happened a long time ago.

"In the old days, the Victoria brand had a unique lens, which was called sexyHe said.
