There are great chances that the Alliance for Albanians will become part of the government majority, said the president of AA Arben Taravari after the meeting with Prime Minister Dimitar Kovacevski in the Government. Taravari said that 90 percent of the Alliance's program objectives have already been agreed and that discussions on personnel solutions will follow these days.

"In general, 90 percent of the programming commitments are synchronized. Personnel solutions were not discussed, but I expect that we will also discuss that these days. Today we focused on the program objectives and the period that we will have to drive out. "There is no offer from the prime minister for personnel solutions, we will come to an agreement in two or three days," Taravari said.

The leader of the Alliance said that the five program priorities of the Alliance for entering the Government are the determination of the state for EU-integrations, laws for government, fight against corruption and justice reforms, Bureau for balanced regional development to become an agency.

Although he said that at the meeting he did not receive an offer from Kovacevski for ministerial positions, Taravari still said to a journalist's question that the Ministry of Health is one of the ministries for which they have the best personnel. Asked if the possible entry of the Alliance will cause disagreements in the Government since Alternative is opposed, Taravari said that it is a matter for the coalition partners in the Government.

What was agreed at the meeting between Kovacevski and Taravari last night should have received a visa from the Executive Board of SDSM. According to information from a senior official of the SDSM, at the meeting of the IO, Kovachevski is expected, apart from the coordinated program with the Alliance, to inform the party members about the position of the government partner Alternativa that it opposes the entry of the AA party into the Government.

The day before yesterday, Alternativa informed that they remain consistent in their position.

"We do not intend to go into the motives why the Alliance for Albanians wants to enter the Government so much, whether it is to save DUI or they condition their support for the constitutional amendments with it. That's their job. Alternative has a coalition agreement with SDSM, reached when we saved this parliamentary majority, and our party fully respects that agreement. If a coalition partner wants to withdraw or change the agreement, they have to account for possibly new coalition options. Until we get such information, we don't want to enter into speculations about what is acceptable for us and what is not," said Alternativa.

According to information from the government and the opposition Alliance, the offer for AA to enter the government will be the ministries of justice and health and depending on the rotation of departments between SDSM and DUI among the ministries of education, ecology and agriculture, one will be for the Alliance . If, on the other hand, Alternativa decides to leave the Government, then Alliance will receive the department of information society and administration. Alliance will have to get two deputy ministerial positions and several director positions.
