If you don't have time to cook: An old-new recipe for roasted stuffed peppers

On summer days, stuffed peppers are number one on the table. There is hardly anyone who does not adore them. They are prepared in different ways, and most of them are filled with meat.

This recipe is perfect for all those who are not so experienced in the kitchen, but also for those who do not have so much time.


– ten bell peppers

- 400 g minced meat

- 50 g of rice

- one tomato

- one carrot

- 500 ml of tomato juice

– one onion

- salt, pepper


Finely chop the onion, grate the carrot, then combine with the minced meat and rice, then add the spices. Mix everything well, and it is best to mix the mixture with your hands so that all the ingredients are well combined.

Clean the peppers and cut off the tops with a stem, then fill them with the prepared meat mixture. Make lids from the tomatoes and close the stuffed peppers.

Pour oil and tomato juice into a baking dish, then arrange the peppers, then add water as needed to soak the peppers.

Cover the bowl with foil and put it in an oven heated to 200 degrees to cook, i.e. bake. After 45 minutes, remove the foil and let the peppers bake for another half hour. If necessary, lower the oven temperature.
