The leaders of DUI and the BESA Movement, Ali Ahmeti and Bilal Kasami have been vaccinated against covid-19 with the Russian vaccine "Sputnik V" as members of the Parliament of Northern Macedonia. The leader of the opposition Alliance for Albanians, Zijadin Sela, is waiting to be vaccinated, as it has been a month and a half since he won the battle with the coronavirus.

The leaders of the Albanian political parties also made public calls to the citizens to use the right to vaccination, because according to them, this is the best and only way to protect themselves from the cornavirus. Besides the party leaders, the MPs of the Albanian political parties also received the first dose of the "Sputnik V" vaccine.
