House prices in Vrnjačka Banja have also increased significantly, with the current average price of 859 euros per square meter, which is a big jump compared to the beginning of the year when the price was 600 euros per square meter, explains Mihajlovic.
In Sokobanja, the average price per square meter for an apartment is 1.604 euros, while the average price per square meter of a house is around 532 euros, which also indicates growth compared to previous periods. Buyers are also interested in investing in Niška Spa, especially due to its proximity to Niš and new investments in road infrastructure that better connect this spa to the region. The average advertised price per square meter of a house in Niška Banja is around 533 euros. The mentioned locations are also attractive for investors who are increasingly investing in construction in Serbian spas.
