- As it is clearly stated in the notice and minutes of the inspectorate of the Ministry of Culture, there are obvious illogicalities in the operation of this production company for the film "Vrba". During the inspection, certain illogicalities were found in relation to the hiring of "Milkman Production", which is why the inspector did not gain reasonable assurance about the need to hire "Milkman Production" from New York. - it is stated in the minutes of the performed inspection, it is clarified in the reaction.

Given that the Ministry of Culture is not an investigative body and does not have the authority to act, as stated in the notification, it submits the matter to the Financial Police Administration, as competent for further action.

The Film Agency points out that in the notification of SUIN it is stated that, considering that the possible non-fulfillment of obligations towards the Film Agency by "Banana Film" (regarding the "Mothers" project) would call into question the legality of the approval procedure and the payment of funds for the following film projects - "Vrba", "Kajmak" and the latest "Bista" with Banana Film - Skopje.

- Once again, we want to point out that the professional services and the Board of Directors of AFRSM, after the information made public regarding the operation of this production, that it did not submit a completed financial report for funds in the amount of 55.000.000 denars for the film "Mothers" as well as series of other irregularities, they acted according to their legal obligation and inspected the documentation, after which they found a clear violation of the procedures: failure to submit a completed report and use of a document-statement with untrue content, which according to the laws of the RSM constitutes a crime. Taking into account these findings, in accordance with its competences, the Management Board of AFRSM had the obligation to submit an appropriate report to the competent Prosecutor's Office and to cooperate with the Financial Police Administration after the inspectorate at the Ministry of Culture submitted to the same administration the minutes of the extraordinary inspection, they state. in the reaction from the Film Agency, they add that all of the above is supported by appropriate written documentation.

As for the report of the State Audit Office, the text of which was presented to the public as an allegation of improper operation of AFRSM, they emphasize that there is no finding in it of material financial inconsistencies.
