
Ageler on developments in the justice system: I have no comment, but we are following the process
The United States is closely monitoring developments in the justice system, specifically the government's proposal to dismiss the Republic Public Prosecutor Ljupčo Kocevski, but also the interpellations submitted by the parliamentary groups of VMRO-DPMNE, Vredi and ZNAM to the Parliament regarding the five members of the Judicial Council, who are elected by the legislature, and what we want to see is that the law is respected in all processes, says US Ambassador Angela Ageler.

Responding to a journalist's question to comment on the government's proposal to dismiss Kocevski, Ageler briefly replied that he had no comment, but that they were following the process.
- I have no comment, I am aware of and we are following the process, according to my knowledge, the process is ongoing in accordance with legal procedures and we are closely following it, answered Aggeler briefly, after handing over a mobile operational vehicle for the Red Cross.
Regarding the developments in the Judicial Council, he also did not go into details and only briefly replied that they have been pointing out this problem for years, as well as other aspects of the judicial system.
