The Municipality of Aerodrom thanked the opposition parties, especially VMRO-DPMNE, which dedicate at least two announcements and one press per week to this municipality and inform the citizens about what is being done in Aerodrom.

- The commitment of the PR of VMRO-DPMNE to give full contribution to informing the public is obvious, such as, for example, the cost of parks, fountains, fountains, trash cans, PVC doors and windows, baskets and the like . Thus, finally, it is clear to the residents of the Municipality of Aerodrom that the Mayor Zlatko Marin in his previous term, has done a lot and at the same time tried to be of top quality, according to European values ​​and standards, as the residents of Aerodrom deserve - say from the Municipality.

The reaction followed several days of accusations by some opposition parties that the Municipality of Aerodrom procured expensive telephones for the mayor and the municipal administration, but also that, according to them, the expensive fountain in Bojmija Park is of poor quality and often breaks down.

Mayor Zlatko Marin denied the accusations of purchasing mobile phones.

- The decision that is followed in the articles is an integral part of the Guidelines for using official mobile phones in the Municipality and was voted at a meeting of the Council by all 27 councilors. It is about determining the maximum amount of benefits that the employees and the advisors will be able to use in the future, and they represent the right of the Municipality of Aerodrom according to the Agreement for using mobile services with the company Makedonski Telekom for a period of 24 months - Marin explains.

As the Mayor claims, the Municipality of Aerodrom will not spend a single penny of budget funds for the purchase of new mobile telephones, because it is a subsidy based on a subscriber line. According to him, the agreement with the mobile operator is publicly available on the e-public procurement system and everyone can be convinced of the maximum effect that the Municipality of Aerodrom has received during the implementation of the public procurement for mobile services.

The Municipality of Aerodrom also reacted to the claims that the fountain in the Bojmija Park was of poor quality, explaining that it had in fact been the target of a vandal act on several occasions.

- These days the cable with a sensor that gives a signal to where to fill the fountain with water is damaged and because of that, the water flows out of the trough - they say from Aerodrom.

The Municipality says that the water is currently stopped and the damage is being repaired and reminds that two geyser nozzles were previously damaged, which also caused serious damage to the fountain in this park.

Hence, they deny the information placed by the opposition that the fountain costs 720 thousand euros and demand a public apology.

- In the interest of the public, we announce again that the fountain, which VMRO-DPMNE points out, costs 40 thousand euros. The sum included the installation of a modern and sophisticated system with stainless steel rings, different types of nozzles, some of them with vertical spraying, some with foam, some with water dust, as well as fountain lighting with a whole new machine installation and synchronization of light and flow. This is accompanied by new electricity and a new water supply system, as well as a complete reconstruction of the water well, which was in a dilapidated condition. - reads the statement.

The Municipality of Aerodrom publicly called on the State Anti-Corruption Commission to check all documents.
