AEK Larnaca and Trichkovski eliminated Partizan in the LE qualifiers

The Serbian vice-champion Partizan gave another unpleasant surprise to its fans in the new season and experienced elimination in the qualification for placement in the group stage of the Europa League.

In front of their fans in Belgrade, the "Black and Whites" played 2:2 against AEK Larnaca, for whom the former Macedonian representative Ivan Trichkovski plays and failed to make up for the negative goal from the first match (1:2).

Partizan led twice with goals from Gomes in the 24th and 54th minute, but AEK Larnaca managed to equalize through Gurshko in the 51st and Farage in the 57th minute. Trichkovski, did not perform in this match.

Partizan still has a chance to play in the European Cups, they will play against the team from Malta, Hamrun, in the play-offs for placement in the group stage of the Conference League, which eliminated Levski Sofia after a better penalty shootout.

Helsinki was better than Maribor in the second leg as well, this time they celebrated at home with 1:0 and with a total of 3:0 they will play in the play-offs for placement in the Europa League.

The advantage from the first matches allowed Fenerbahçe and Malmo, for whom the Macedonian representative Erdal Rakip is playing, to draw tonight in the visits to Slovacko (1:1) and Dudelange (2:2). Zurich defeated Linfield with 3:0.
