Goran Kjoseto's lawyer: He was returned to prison with three broken ribs, they are not letting him recover at home

The Veles court returned Goran Angelov-Kjoseto, convicted of breaking into the Parliament on April 27, 2017, to the prison in Prilep with three broken ribs, not allowing him to have his sentence suspended so he could receive treatment at home, Angelov's lawyer, Dragan Peshevski, announced today. According to him, Kjoseto has breathing and movement problems, and his condition cannot be remedied in the prison, where there are no conditions.

Here is the entire announcement by lawyer Pesevski:

"As soon as the Prilep prison learned about the death of Igor Jug, the prison director called Goran Angelov-Kjoseto, who was his best friend, prison comrade, and fellow soldier for Macedonia since the 2001 war, and gave him the opportunity to use his annual leave to send off his loved one!!! This is not in dispute and is to be welcomed!!!

It is controversial that Goran recently broke three ribs in prison, after which he was hospitalized for surgery. He filed a request for a stay of execution of the sentence to a certain judge for the execution of sanctions to the Veles Court in order to remedy the situation. Imagine, HE WAS REJECTED!!! With all his might and with all his effort, he was REJECTED. On the recommendation of surgeons, specialists in home treatment, HE WAS REJECTED!!! He has problems with breathing, sleeping, moving and, I will tell you without shame, going to the toilet. There are exceptionally squatters in prison, with 3 broken ribs, a man needs to be held by three people to defecate!!! That man is REJECTED!!! When they released him in Sabajlevo, although in serious condition, he did not even go home, he called me and said, "Brother, I can't breathe, but I have to go to Igor's family, if they need anything I can help them with, and so I did!!! That man is REJECTED!!!

A few days ago, an official request was made by me to suspend the prison sentence while the consequences are being remedied. Now it is the turn of the administration and its director Aleksandar Pandov. They are on their way to rectify this SHAME!!! Today we lost a great man due to injustices, intrigues and intrigues. May the country rest in peace, tomorrow we will send him to Kumanovo, I still can't come to my senses... Let's not lose another one in a shameful way!!!", wrote lawyer Dragan Pesevski on social networks.

Igor Yug, who was convicted for "April 27", has died.
