The talented tattoo master Vasko Vojneski-Vasicot, from Bitola with Down Syndrome, died
Vasko Vojneski-Vasicot, a man from Bitola with Down Syndrome who had the talent of a real tattoo master, died suddenly at the age of 36. Although he did not have the opportunity to work with real tattoo equipment, that did not stop him from drawing several tattoos on paper every day. Many people from Bitola, knowing his skill, allowed him to draw tattoos on his hands with ink and markers. He found the inspiration for the tattoos in the rap music, reports Sakamdakazam.mk
"Children his age did not reject him, but accepted him and took him in their company. We live on Shirok Sokak and he grew up on the main street of Bitola. The friends were listening to rap music and he started listening to it. I discovered that with each song he heard on his tablet, because he knew how to use the Internet on his own, a drawing emerged. The song evoked emotions in him and he turned it into a drawing. He expressed his emotions not only through shapes, but also through colors. "Light blue when he was calm and in a good mood, red when he had longing, motivation, black when the melody was sad." said his mother Nada Vojneska in a text that SAKAMDAKAZHAM.MK published two years ago.
Vasco had drawn hundreds of drawings and tattoos. He was happy when he gave some of them as gifts or allowed some friends and others to draw tattoos on his hands.
