Yesterday, the Ministry of Interior conducted an intensified action control to sanction the drivers who do not let the pedestrians cross the pedestrian crossing, ie do not respect the obligations as drivers. 173 drivers were sanctioned, of which 104 on the territory of Skopje, 26 on the territory of SIA Tetovo, 16 on the territory of SIA Veles.
During the action control, 134 other types of traffic violations were sanctioned. The Ministry of Interior will continue with such action controls today and in the coming days. We appeal to drivers to always miss pedestrians, ie to respect traffic rules and regulations.
